Each year, several baton squads turn out for a
fun morning of "physical conditioning" competition
as sprinters and distance runners alike competing for bragging rights in multi-team
squads that
alternate half-laps on the track while competing against other such squads.
Rancho Cucamonga
set a meet record on the boys' side this yhear while Long Beach Wilson ran
the #4 all-time girls mark!
