The teams had a blast getting to know eachother and training at a high level.
The workouts included double days and
even a triple day, water running, drills,
hill bounds, core work, etc. The fun included goal setting sessions, movies,
arm
and leg wrestling, games, pillow fights, and good old getting to know each
other. The teams are looking forward to 2006
with Madera among the elites in Division
I from the Central Section and North Monterey County
moving into Division III
from the Central Coast Section.
