San Rafael High School will host the 3rd Annual San Rafael Twilight Relays
on Saturday, March 8, 2003.

All relay running events will be run on our beautiful all weather track
&
field facility, at night, UNDER THE LIGHTS!!! Last year, nearly 30 schools
from all over the Bay Area and over 500 spectators participated to make
this
event a success. Amber Trotter made her 2002 track and field debut here!!!!
Here are the running events for this year, starting @ ~5:30pm.
*Girls Sprint Medley Relay (100m-100m-200m-400m)
*Boys Sprint Medley Relay (100m-100m-200m-400m)
*Girls Distance Medley Relay (1200m-400m-800m-1600m)
*Boys Distance Medley Relay (1200m-400m-800m-1600m)
*Middle School 4x200 meter Relay
*Coaches/Open 2x800 meter Relay
*Coed 4x200 meter Relay (girl-girl-boy-boy)
*Coed 4x800 meter Relay (girl-girl-boy-boy)
Event Information
*The top 3 team times in each event will receive a special medal at the
awards ceremony at the end of the meet.
*The Sprint Medley Relay and Coed 4x200 meter Relay will be seeded into
heats based on estimated times.
*The Distance Medley Relay and Coed 4x800 meter Relay will be run as one
heat/race (if the field size is manageable).
*There will be a concessions stand with food and drink and t-shirts for
sale.
*All races will be timed with Automatic Timing.
