Dear Coach,

Please send the enclosed registration form along with your check as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact me at the following number (day or night): (530) 878-0697.

Additional meet information is enclosed. We are giving a large number of medals this year. We have designed our own "Custom Die-Cast" medals as illustrated (at right) ??????

PLEASE NOTE THE ADDITION OF SMALL SCHOOL TEAM AWARDS: This year we will also be giving Team Plaques to the top two small school (grades 10-12 enrolment of 800 or under) teams entered in the Boys Varsity and Girls Varsity Division Races. This will be in addition to Plaques awarded two-deep to large school teams (over 801 enrolment for grades 10-12) running in the same races (Single gender schools: Double your enrolment).

Challenging Course: Our scenic, competitive course is located on our Bear River campus and on the Magnolia Junior High Campus. Your runners will enjoy competing over a challenging figure-eight, spectator-accessible course layout on more than 80% grass fields and oak-wooded trail, with less than 20% contested on pavement.

A limited supply of Bear River Invitational T-SHIRTS will also be on sale for a very reasonable cost of only $10.00, so It would be best for your athletes to purchase a shirt before the meet begins. In addition, a concession stand will also be available throughout the day.

Runningly yours,
Nick Vogt
