At Gahr HS

• Male: Open, Sr, Jr @ 6:00p.
• Female: Open, Sr, Jr @ 6:20p.
• Male: Soph, Frosh, 8th & under @ 6:45p.
• Female: Soph, Frosh, 8th & under @ 7:05p.
• Registration: Race day only. Begins at 5pm. $5.00. - NO FREELOADERS !!
• Medals to top 5 @ each grade category.
• Trophy to top male & female athlete (excluding open runners) each meet.
• Course is accurate, flat, 60% grass, 1 mile loop around Gahr High. We keep records & results sent to Dyestat. 10th year running !!
• Short enough for beginners, quality comp for your burners! Many C.I.F. finalist teams come.
  Totally unattached competition; no team competition.
