FORMAT:���� A full complement of sprint relays and distance relays as well as hurdles, distances,
and a full schedule of field events.� All events will be placed in graded heats to assure
that all athletes be afforded every advantage to medal.� Electronic timing.

AWARDS:���� Individual

Running Events:� ��������������� Trophies to top 3 places, medals thru top 5 in heats.

������������������������������� Relays:��������������������������������� Trophies to winners, medals to 2^nd/ 3^rd place.

������������������������������� Field Events:������������������������ Trophies to top 3 in each flight (more for larger flights)

������������������������������� Team Awards:�������������������� Very large trophies for boys teams 1^st thru 3^rd place

������������������������������������������������������������������������������� Very large trophies for girls teams 1^st thru 3^rd place

SCHEDULE:����������� Field events begin at 8:00 am.� Racing will begin at 9:00 am.

������������������������������� See event listing attached to this document (5:00 is estimated time of completion).

COST:����������� $200 per team.� If entering boys and girls teams cost is $350.

����������������������� $15 per event if no team entry.

ENTRIES:���� Deadline is March 1^st.� Meet entries may be made at EPIsports.com

����������������������� Accurate entries are appreciated and will be used to grade heats/ flights.�
Late adds and substitutions will be accommodated at the Clerk of The
Course from 8:00 to 9:00 am on the day of the race as available.�
Additions and deletions will be accommodated on a first come-first
served basis during the meet at the clerk of the course.

ANNOUNCER:� Gary Brooks !!!� Please submit information about key individuals
and relays.� We want All-League, All-CIF etc., information about
multi-sport athletes as well.
