SUNNYSIDE FIRST CHANCE MEET
FRIDAY MARCH 7, 2008@ SUNNYSIDE HIGH SCHOOL IN FRESNO ,CA

To avoid any confusion please read the information below,before filling or sending in entries. Thanks.

1. Schedule please review time schedule we will try to keep moving on time .

2. Marks: When emailing or faxing marks this year marks,if you don't have a mark for this year that mark will be seeded last if at all. Regardless of ability.

3. Entries: All entries must be fax to 559-253-6796 by Feburary 29, 2008 by 2 pm for invitational events
in the 100,400,800,1600,100/110 hurdles, discus,shot put, pole vault, long jump,triple jump.the top 27 . 4 x 1 relays and 4 x 4 relays the top 18 . All other events will be open and have to sign up at the clerk of the course those events are the 300 LH / LH, 200 meters, 2 MILE, .
CALLS WILL BE MADE OVER THE PA. ATHLETES WILL REPORT TO THE CLERK OF THE COURSE
15 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR EVENT.

4. Three entries per school per event. one relay per school 4 x 1, 4 x 4. the fastest 27 times in all lane events will make the meet. The best 27 marks in the non lane and field events will make it into the meet.

5. In all field events (LJ,TJ,SHOT PUT,DISCUS) each will have 3 attempts . NO FINALS

6. Please provide both home and school numbers, and valid email address with your entries as well as your fax number, you will be notified during the week of the meet regarding your entries into the meet. PLEASE CONTACT TED JEUNG 349-7422 OR EMAIL [email protected] IMMEDIATELY. This means we did not received your entries by fax or email address was incorrect.

7.FEES: $ 6.00 PER ATHLETE $10.00 PER RELAY FOR THOSE SCHOOL WITH LARGE NUMBER OF ENTRIES, MEET MANGEMENT HAS INSTITUTED A MAXIUM ENTRY FEE OF $180.00. PLEASE MAKE CHECK TO SUNNYSIDE HIGH SCHOOL/TRACK AND FIELD. THERE WILL BE A $25.00 LATE FEE ADDED TO TEAMS WHO HAVE NOT PAID BY THE DAY OF THE MEET.

8. AWARDS: T-SHIRTS WILL BE GIVEN OUT TO THE TOP TIME OR FIELD MARK 1ST,2ND,3RD PLACE
BY TIMES IN RACES AND BY MARKS IN THE FIELD EVENTS AND T-SHIRTS TO FIRST PLACE RELAY ONLY.
