Time: 10 am - 4 pm
Site: Torrey Pines HS - all weather track
Divisions: 16 teams in two divisions. Boys and Girls
Fees: $300.00 for both teams total
*Do not send any fees until your entry is confirmed

Events:
Relays: 4 x 100 Shuttle hurdles (boys low-high)
4 x 200 Co-ed throwers 4 x 100
4 x 400 FS/JV 4 x 100
4 x 800 FS/JV sprint med (1-1-2-4)
Dist medley FS/JV Dist Medley
*medals: 1 - 4th

Individual running events
100m
400m
800m
1500m
100/110 hurdles
300m hurdles
* medals: 1-4th, (1-5th for the 1500’s)
• all schools are guaranteed 1 entry per event, we may take two if space. Individual events will be run in an A heat and B heat based on times submitted. There will be only one heat of the 800 and 1500.

Field events:
long jump discus
triple jump shot put
high jump pole vault
*medals: 1-5th
• each team can enter two athletes per event, except in the pole vault ( 1 entry per team plus the next best 8 marks - total of 24 athletes)

***COACHES: It is important to let me know this month if you are participating in Falcon Relays. We will limit the field to 16 teams. After I receive your confirmation I will send you information about individual entries and a schedule of events.
