Friendly Reminder:
�������� Seeing in the past
couple of years the fun and excitement generated by those three great
3200s at the end of the night, we will once again do the same with
the 1600s in the afternoon.
The fastest heat of the boys varsity,
girls and boys frosh-soph 1600s will be run in a
block from
3:40 to 4:00!
This will also give the top runners a great
opportunity at doubling the 1600 and the 3200, while
still allowing those who want to do the 800 and 1600 also a great
chance to double.
�������� We will assign
athletes to their heats of the 1600 and the 3200 before the meet. When you
get to the meet your kids will know immediately in which heat they
will be and at what time
they will run.� This should make
warming up and reporting a lot easier for all of your kids in the
1600 and 3200.
Note: We still will seed the 400s and
800s at the clerk of the course to insure all heats are full!
