2007 Siskiyou Cross Country Warm-up

Hosted by Mt. Shasta High School Cross Country

 

Schedule:�� 2:00���� High School Girls Veteran and Novice - 2.4 Miles

2:30���� High School Boys Veteran and Novice - 2.4 Miles

������� Entries are unlimited for all races

 

If the field becomes too large novices will have separate races

 

Course:������� The course runs on grass and dirt, with gradual hills in Shastice

Park and the Mt. Shasta High School campus. Directions included.

 

Divisions:�������� Each race will feature Veteran and Novice divisions. Coaches will

designate which of their runners are Veterans (those who have high school cross country

experience) and Novices (those who have no high school cross country experience).

Divisions will run together (with different style name tags) and will compete for

different awards.

 

Awards:������� The top 7 Veterans in each race will receive a medal.

Entry fee:�� $1.00 per runner
