is back for the second year!

2 Miles - we don’t always race
our primary distance at higher levels of cross country, so why would
we want our kids to run 3 miles at every race?
Separate Varsity Races - each of your varsity athletes will
have their own race against their counterparts from other schools.
PSAT Friendly - your athletes can take the PSAT and still get
to the meet on time.
Cool Temperatures - located 600 meters from the Pacific Ocean,
our course is breezy and smog free.
Spectator Friendly - 75% visible from one spot.
Unusual awards – cool t-shirts, flower leis, watermelon;
NOT your typical medals.
Afternoon Meet - Sleep in for once!
When: Saturday, October 14, 2006
Time: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Where: Lunada Bay Little League Field (at Palos Verdes Drive West and
Cloyden Road)
Entry Fees: Individuals (per race) $15, Team of 7 or more $70
$250 maximum entry for any one school (boys and girls combined)
Entry Deadline: September 11, 2006
Please return the “Contract for Athletic Contests” and your
entry fee by September 11, 2006. A $50 late fee will be assessed to
those entries submitted after the deadline.

Freshman Boys 3:15pm
Freshman Girls 3:15.30
*In the event of a small number of registrants, races #1-2, #3-4 and
#5-7 will be combined to ensure competitive races.
