Dear Coach,

����������� We would like to extend an invitation to you and your team to participate in the 28^th annual

running of the Clovis Cross Country Invitational, which will be held on Saturday, October 7^th, 2006.�

As always, it will be held on the State meet course at Woodward Park in Fresno.

����������� The meet has grown to the point where over 2300 runners from over 120 schools competed in

12 races last year.� We will again have a Championship race for our elite teams and will have a

minimum of 3 varsity divisions based on your �school�s CBEDS.� We will attempt to balance the

races, so divisions will be established after the entry deadline.� There will also be Frosh/Soph and JV

races for your lower level athletes.� There will be no team awards or scoring in the JV races.

����������� As always, our goal is to have a top quality invitational that coaches look forward to bringing

their teams to year after year.� For this reason, we will guarantee entries to the first 110 schools who

send in their entry fees.� Schools who enter after this number will be allowed in if space is available.�
