9th Annual Cougar Invitational Track and Field Meet

Entries: Due March 10, 2006. We will be taking entries via EZMeets.com this year. Late entries will be charged a $50.00 late fee! Entry fees must arrive at NMHS prior to the meet.

Marks: Where possible, use 2005 marks. If no marks, be as realistic as possible. Multiple (A,B,C etc.) Relay teams are okay.

Entry Fees: $5.00 for individual entries, $10.00 each relay. Maximum $100.00/division, $350 for all four divisions (Varsity Boys and Girls, Frosh-Soph Boys and Girls). Medals to top three individuals or relays in each event.

General Information:
-Accutrak timing
-All events are finals w/ slower heats running first
-No adds, substitutions are okay.
-100m dash: 2 entries per division per team.
-After receiving entries, “no-measure marks” will be determined in the throws.
-LJ/TJ: We will need to be strict about staying in order during the flights. If an athlete misses a jump, the jump will be lost. We have to speed these events up, and get through all divisions.
-Meet will go off, rain or shine
