Race is held in beautiful and cool Central Park, West, Huntington Beach, California. We will feature a special, all counties HIGH SCHOOL AGE, 2.8 mile TEAM CHALLENGE RACE.

DATE: THURSDAY AFTERNOON, August 18, 2005

LOCATION: Central Park west, Huntington Beach, Ca. Located between Goldenwest & Edwards, Ellis & Slater Streets. See Thomas Bros. OC Map, Pg. 857, G3.

RACE TIME: 2.8mi. race at 6:00 p.m., 4.8 mi. race at 6:30 p.m. SHARP. High School Age Team Challenge Race at 4:30 p.m. Girls & 5:00 P.M., Boys, SHARP.

PRE-REGISTRATION: $18.00 before August 11, 2005, with 2 color shirt, refreshments. $15.00 Run Only. H.S. Age Teams, $4.00 each runner, $11.00 w/shirt. (submit H.S. Team Entries in one envelope. Coaches, contact Oscar Rosales)

LATE-REGISTRATION: After August 11, 2005, add $3.00. Both races, add $5.00. High School Age Teams, add $1.00 per runner.

COURSE: Fully conned, and monitored. A breath taking view of Huntington Beach from the top of the hill. All distances to USAT&F STANDARDS and USAT&F Sanctioned. Return to Challenge your 2003 PR.

DIVISIONS: 13-U, 14-17, 18-23, 24-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+ M & F, both races. SUNSET RUNNER, Master & Submaster, for those who wish to run both races. HIGH SCHOOL AGE RACE Teams, Boys & Girls (5 Person Team, Minimum).

AWARDS: 3 Deep in each division, both races, Male & Female. SUNSET RUNNER, top 3, by combining times, M & F, Master & Submaster. HIGH SCHOOL AGE RACE, First Three Overall, M&F, 17+yrs., 16yrs, 15-UNDER yrs. Individual Awards to Team Members Only, Plus Perpetual Team Trophies to the First Overall Teams, boys & girls.
