Where: Willow Hills (the area to the east of Folsom High School)
Time: First Race 8:30 a.m.

Races Schedule
8:30am Freshmen Boys (no entry limit, two miles)
8:50am Frosh/Soph Girls (limit 15 per school; two miles)
9:10am Frosh/Soph Boys (limit 15 per school; two miles)
9:30am Varsity Girls (limit 7 per school; 5K)
10:00am Varsity Boys (limit 7 per school; 5K)
10:30 Open Race (see below; 5K)

**Open race is for any member of your team who hasn’t run or any official coach. Runners need to be insured by your school district and must be at least a ninth grader or older.**

Entry Fees
Bring or mail a check to Granite Bay High School:
$45 per race: max $135 (or $10 per individual)

Directions

Folsom High School is on Iron Point Road in Folsom. Take the Prairie City Road exit off of Hwy 50 Go north to the high school stadium parking. Please park in the stadium parking lot. Go east through campus (just north of the stadium). There are places to set up camp just past the starting line. Please don’t set your gear on the campus.

What you need to do
Let me know as soon as possible that you are coming. I will be asking you to supply a roster by September 1, 2005.
