All-Comer’s Track Meets Slated @ Diablo Valley College in January

DIABLO VALLEY COLLEGE WILL HOST IT’S WINTER ALL-COMER Track & Field SERIES beginning January 8^th. Series will feature steeplechase with clinic on the event (2000 and/or 3000 meter races each week) Last meet will feature 10,000, Mile Run. There will be a Special 5 & 10 Mile Relay event on January 29^th before the all-comer’s meet.  

Winter all-comer track meet series is slated to begin with four (4) meets in JANUARY, beginning January 8th. Meets to begin at 2:00pm, Field Events, 2:00pm, Running Events (Steeplechase) 2:30pm. DVC Head Coach Daniel Cruz has announced that DVC will host an all-comer track & field series with the steeplechase listed as a feature event each week. The Men and Women's Hammer Throw will also be contested (if other activities on campus, may not conduct Hammer Throw if not safe) Coaches of HS and Club teams are encouraged to bring 10 or more entrants to receive a discount on entry fees.
