FIRST ANNUAL

SKYLINE INVITATIONAL!!!!

Dear Coach we want your team!!!

Your track and field team is invited to the first annual Skyline All Invitational Meet.� We will be celebrating the inception of our new track.� Our facilities include a shot put ring; discus area; long jump pit; triple jump pit; and high jump area.�

� Eight Lane All-Weather Track

� Accutrack Timing used for accuracy

� Pre-qualify for Stanford Invitational and Arcadia Invitational

� Numerous Team & Individual Awards

� Get marks on all your athletes

The particulars of the track meet are as follows:

Place: Skyline High School

Date: March 5, 2004

Time: 8:00am � 5:00pm

As of yet a time schedule has not been decided upon.� The first running event will begin precisely 9:00am.� The first field event will begin precisely at 8:00am.� All events will start with the girls and then followed by the boys.� The number of heats will depend on the number of participants for the particular event. The long and high jumpers will have four jumps each. For the shot put the athletes will be given four throws each.

All participants will check in with the clerk when they hear the first call for their event (running or field).

There will be a coaches meeting at 8:30am in the middle of the field.� Every team will need to send one spokesperson for their team.

VIP COACHES TREATMENT: Each team will receive 2 drink tickets for his/her staff to receive complimentary beverages from the snack bar.

There will be No Day of Meet Registration!!!!!!

No participation without full payment!!!!!!

Supplementary information: Parking will be available on school grounds. The bathrooms and locker rooms will be open. Also please use 3/16 inch spikes (or smaller).�
