The 4th Annual San Rafael Twilight Relays will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2004 at San Rafael High School.

Just an update on the 4th Annual San Rafael Twilight Relays.

**Location: San Rafael High School
**Entry Deadline: March 1, 2004
**Costs: $7 per relay team

All relay races will be run at night, under the lights.

~Girls Sprint Medley Relay (100m-100m-200m-400m)
~Boys Sprint Medley Relay (100m-100m-200m-400m)
~Girls Distance Medley Relay (1200m-400m-800m-1600m)
~Boys Distance Medley Relay (1200m-400m-800m-1600m)
~Coaches/Open 800 meter Race
~Middle School 4x200 meter Relay
~Coed 4x200 meter Relay (girl, girl, boy, boy)
~Coed 4x800 meter Relay (girl, girl, boy, boy)

~Last year, nearly 30 high schools from all over the Bay Area and over 500 spectators participated to make this event a success.

~The top THREE team times in each event will receive a medal at the awards ceremony at the end of the meet.

~The Sprint Medley and Coed 4x200 meter relay races will be seeded based on estimated times.

~There will be Automatic Timing for each race.

~There will be a concessions stand with food and drink and t-shirts for sale.

~Entry fee for spectators is $5.00. There is no charge for athletes or coaches.
