We would like to cordially invite you to the 2nd Annual Track & Field Relays of Champions, hosted by Rancho Verde High School. Here are just a few reasons why you should attend our 2nd Annual Relays of Champions:

· Brand New Stadium with 4,000 seats
· Pre-qualify for Arcadia Invitational & Mt. SAC Relays

· Early-Season gauge of how your athletes are performing

Meet Date: Saturday March 6th, 2004

Time: Running Events begin at 9:00am. Field Events begin at 9:00am

Divisions: Schools will be divided into three divisions based upon CBEDS enrollment information and team strength.

Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers per event, per div.
Team Trophies will be awarded to the top three scoring teams for
both the boys and girls teams in each division.
Coaches Plaques will be awarded to the winning boys and girls
coaches of each division.
Sweepstakes Team Trophies will be awarded to the boys and girls
teams that have the highest combined point totals for each division.
Individual Trophies will be awarded to the top performing male and
female athletes in sprints, distance, and field events for each of the
boys and girls divisions.

VIP COACHES’ AREA: There will be a VIP coaches’ area for all coaches to enjoy complimentary food & beverages, relax and get to know one another
throughout the entire day.
Entries: For meet management purposes, contracts must be received no later than Saturday February 28th, 2004.

Entry Fees: The cost is $250 per team.
Please Note: when calculating entry fees, boys teams and girls teams are considered separate teams. The cost to enter both boys and girls teams is discounted to $400

Entry fees must be received no later than Saturday February 28th, 2004. All late entry fees will result in a $35 late fee. Please make checks payable to: Rancho Verde High School Track

Facilities: Restrooms, Snack Bars and Merchandise Booths will be available.
T-Shirts will be available for only $10.
Vendors will be on site and available for your needs.

Trainers: Trainers will be provided and available for athletes in need of
medical attention.

Spikes: The maximum allowable length of spikes used on Rancho Verde’s
All-weather track will be 3/16”. 1/4" Omnilite Compression Spikes will be allowed. Spikes will be checked at the Athletes’ Entrance Gate into the Stadium. Improper spikes will not be allowed. Please come prepared with the proper spikes. Should you need to purchase spikes, they will be available for sale at the Athletes’ Entrance Gate into the Stadium.
