The Cuesta College Track and Field Invitational Meet is open to all high school, college, and open athletes.

The purpose of the meet is to offer a low key pre-season competitive opportunity, in an all-comers type atmosphere, on the new Cuesta Track and Field facility.

All heats and flights will be arranged based upon entry marks.

The Cuesta Invitational Track and Field Meet is a sanctioned USATF event.

All Contested Races and Events shall be contested within USAT&F rules.

Pre-registration entry fee $3.00 per event, payable at the clerks table on meet day. To pre-register, you must simply fax, mail or email us your entry form by Friday Feb 13, 2004.

Meet day entries are $ 6.00 per event, paid at the clerk’s table.

Meet will be conducted rain or shine.

10:00am Javelin (women’s followed by men’s)

10:00am Pole vault (opening height 7’ (men and women together)

11am Long Jump (women followed by men)

11:30am Men’s Shot (HS and open together)

11:30am Women’s Discus (HS and open together)

11:30am High Jump (men followed by women)

12:00noon Pole Vault (opening height 12’ men and women together)

1:30 pm Women’s Shot (HS and open together)

1:30 pm Men’s Discus (HS and open together)

2:00 pm Pole Vault (opening height 15’)

11:30am 110m hurdles - men (HS highs, followed by college highs)

Event Performance

I hereby grant permission for myself /my child to attend the Cuesta open track meet. I verify that myself / my child have had a physical exam in the past year and am capable to participate in the activities related to the meet. I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Cuesta college and USAT&F, their agents, employees and sponsors from any and all liability for injury to my child or myself, as well as any damage caused by my child or myself. I understand that track and field events can be a dangerous activity. I hereby authorize any physician or trainer selected by club personnel to conduct medical or surgical procedures necessary. In addition I grant Cuesta College to use any videos or photographs of myself / my child in lesson related activities for the purpose of advertising or coaching/educational productions.
