Unfortunate tragedy reaches our cross-country community....

On Saturday, August 18, 2007, Regina Nicole Roman, an athlete at Cerritos High School, passed away due to injuries suffered in an accident along Highway 395 during the return of the Cerritos Cross Country team from its camp in Mammoth. We appreciate all the support and prayers we have received in this difficult time and we also ask that you continue to pray for one athlete who is currently recovering in the hospital. Letters of support for the Roman family can be sent to Cerritos High School (12500 East 183rd Street, Cerritos, CA 90703) or by e-mail at [email protected]. Any additional information about services, collections for the family, etc. can also be provided by e-mailing Coach Jason Watanabe. Thank you again for all of your support.
