Link to Pepperdine University Press Release on Hiring

"Wonder Woman" is at it again as we wonder what she'll do next!  Mt. Pleasant High's
Jeneba Tarmoh rocketed to times of 11.57 (+1.8) for 100m and 7.33 (+0.3) for 60m while competing
against males in both races at Thursday's Los Gatos All-Comers Meet. She'd taken a little
time off and used this meet to dust off the cobwebs. Next up is a meet in Eugene in early August!

Coaches from around the state were asked to contribute to the Jacob DeLong
Fund as the family tackles Leukemia. So far, coaches like you have contributed
mroe than $1,200 through the two recent AAF Clinics. You can also donate
at the clinic in mid-August, or make a donation directly. More details here.

Summer All-Comers Action

Los Gatos All-Comers
July 13, 2006

Look who is getting better as we go!
St. Francis of Mountain View senior-to-be Casey Roche first went 16-06 at
a recent all-comers, then 16-09.25 at the recent Junior Olympics Regionals,
then on Thursday (7/13) soared 17 feet high at the Los Gatos HS All-Comers!
That ties him for #12 on the all-time California HS pole vaulting list and also
makes him the ninth 17-footer in the nation this year -- a super-hot event!
Next stop for Casey will be the Jr Olympics Nationals in Baltimore on July 30th!
  Good luck, Casey!
