Madera High's boys, who have pretty much taken over on the Central Section/Valley scene in recent seasons, enjoyed a fine twilight showing at the season-opening Buchanan Distance Carnival on Friday night. Above, Isai Orea is the newest "stamina star" for the blue crew, ripping a fine 9:51 to win the frosh/soph 3200m by a large margin! Madera shined overall!
