Super Spread Sheets on Race - Boys - Girls
Follow a team or individual's progress through the race at approximate 1000m points!
Lynx system innovation allowed those at the race to follow the contest on huge jumbotron screens
and coaches were given hand-held palm pilots that allowed them to follow their individual runners!
This innovation added a ton to enjoyment of all at the meet with seeming close races "translated"
for you before your eyes by the Palms or Jumbotron!!
AMAZING!!

--General News Area--

State champ is laid up for 6 weeks plus!

Royal HS junior Michael Cybulski underwent bone spur surgery on
a toe in his right foot on December 12 and will miss at least 6 weeks
of training. He is moving around using crutches, with doctor's orders
to avoid any weight-bearing activities (which includes all cross-training,
according to Cybulski) during rehabilitation. Cybulski had been bothered
by the condition since at least early October. One theory was that him
favoring the condition slightly might have contributed to his subsequent
hamstring injury, but that's just a theory. Michael aims to successfully
defending his 3200m state championship (9:02.57) this June!

The Sierra Challenge/Buchanan Invitational is no more along with the Fresno Relays.
The meets have combined to form the West Coast Relays. The West Coach Relays
has a huge history in the world of track and field and we feel it's time to bring back the meet.
It will held on March 31 at Buchanan High School. Contact Brian Weaver at 559-327-3281
for more info. This meets looks to the largest invitational in the entire Central Valley for 2006!
