From left, College Park distance sensations Kelsey Dallara, Nicole Pennes, Diane Dunn and
Lindsay Allen all qualified for the NCS Tri-Valley meet in both the 1600 and 3200, with Dunn
and Allen advancing in the 800 as well! Allen is still wearing the trainers, we see. Wait till
those spikes come on and she's ready to roll! She's the 3200m favorite in the NCS Finals.

Intensity looks like no problem as Drake's Alex Pearlstone gets ready for NCS sprints!
