What is the SET Summit? A Hands-on clinic and seminar for athletes and coaches alike. The 2007 event will feature two new disciplines and a seminar on injury prevention and treatment.

2007 DISCIPLINES:
Speed: Sprints (55m – 400m)
Endurance: 800-5000
Technique: Sprints, Hurdles, horizontal jumps, high jump and shot put.

Friday, March 9, 2007. 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Sprint Symposium – Saturday, March 10, 2007 - 11:00 am-12noon

TECHNICAL CLINICS: Concurrent breakout sessions will follow a brief introduction of clinicians and elite athletes. Sessions in each discipline will follow with athletes and coaches having the opportunity to actually learn skills being demonstrated.

INJURY PREVENTION & REHAB SYMPOSIUM: Presented by the NIN medical staff. Learn simple measures to prevent common injuries and how to treat them when they occur.

ENDURANCE SYMPOSIUM: Professional Nike athletes will return to join high school coaches in this very popular, standing-room only presentation. Training schedules, handling special situations will be discussed among other topics.

USADA PRESENTATION: dedicated to preserving the well being of Olympic sport, the integrity of competition, and ensuring the health of athletes.
