Omaha Metro Conference Championships

Marian (Omaha) put three runners into the top ten to win it's seventh straight girl's Omaha Metro Conference crown.  Marian scored 49 to shade rival Millard North (68).  Omaha Westside was third with 122.  Emily Sisson (Millard North) cruised to victory, running 14:26 for 4k, with Marian's Kelli Budd second at 15:12.  Stephanie Hauer (Bellevue East) was third at 15:37, edging Ali Gress (Papillion LaVista South 15:39) and Megan Oddo (Millard North 15:41).

Benson (Omaha) put three of the first five runners in to win the boy's team title with 56 points.  Omaha Westside was second with 89 and Millard West third with 107.  Ter Diu led Benson, winning in 16:35 with a late kick to edge Colin Morrisey (Millard South 16:36). Wol Nymun (Omaha Westside) was third in 17:00, with Benson running four-five with Willie White (17:03) and Jaron Null (17:14).
