- Mackenzie Maki (Kapaun Mt. Carmel, Wichita) runs 15:05 for a quick win, with Emily Hornbeck (15:36), Amber Green (15:48), and Laura Burke (15:57) going 2-3-4 for team winner Derby. Derby took the team title with 44 points to Kapuan's 64, with Great Bend third with 113.
- Adam Porter (McPherson 16:31) edges Brayden Barrientez (Haysville Campus, Wichita 16:31) in the last step of an exciting race to win. Tre Doherty (Haysville Campus 16:44) and Jake Wike (Derby 16:50) are third and fourth in a strong field. Haysville Campus dominates the boys team race with 35 points. Derby (111) and Junction City (118) follow.
