  • US #1 3000 meter steeplechaser Joe Whelan will pass on that event for the state meet instead running the 3200. Whelan is looking to return to the steeple at the USATF Jr Champs
  • Once again Melissa Kurzdofer (Lancster) had a great double taking teh shot put with a 48' 3.25" throw and the discus with a 155' toss
