Once again the Reebok Grand Prix, part of the IAAF's new Diamond League, will be holding high school events as part of the days schedule.  The 2008  Reebok Grad Prix was the site of a new World Record in the 100 meters by Usain Bolt.

Scholastic-relay qualification process for the 2009 Reebok Grand Prix:
Teams can gain entrance into the Reebok Grand Prix by attending a qualifying event (listed below) and securing an
automatic qualifying position. (These teams will earn an invitation pending clearance from their local state federation.)

Scholastic Invitational Boys’ 100m, 800m and Girls’ 800m qualification process:
The Scholastic Invitational Boys’ 100m, 800m and Girls’ 800m fields are invitation-only events. Coaches interested in nominating an athlete for possible entry should contact Paul Moser via email at [email protected].

NOTE:
1. The scholastic portion of the 2009 Reebok Grand Prix will have a National Federation of High School (NFHS)
sanction. Athletes will be expected to compete for their respective High School and club teams will not be
permitted.
2. Participation in qualifying events will be taken into account during the selection process.
3. Athletes will not be allowed to double in any of the events without prior approval from the meet organizers.
4. Only one school can be represented per relay event.
5. There are no limits on how many times a team may attempt to secure an automatic qualifier.
6. Participation in qualifying event is not mandatory to gain entrance into the 2009 Reebok Grand Prix.
