- Kaitlyn Davis moves away from the field in the second mile to claim the individual title in the Elite Girls division, running 19:00.
- Chicago Whitney Young, lead by Lavinia Jurkiewicz's 2nd place finish wins the Elite Girls race over Brentsville, Virginia 70-81.
- Aaron Leskow of Toms River North New Jersey kicks for the first place finish over Colonal's Steven Fernandez 16:15 to 16:17.
- Mountain View, Virginia places 6 runners in the top 15 to improve on their 2008 second place finish.Dr. Phillips High School finishes 2nd with 68 points to Mountain Views' 58. Brad Shultis leads Mountain View with a 6th place finish.
- In the small schools division, Tyler Davidson, Senior from Cocoa Beach wins in 16:21.30.
- Lakeland Christian Freshman Mallory White wins the girls race in 19:48.20.
- Large School Division girls winner was Hanover Senior Lauren Hopper wins in 19:45.10;
- Brandon Scott, Senior from Columbia wins boys division in 17:12.60
- Hanover girls and Napels boys win team championships.
