1ST Annual Charger Invitational

The 1st Annual Charger Invitational will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at Wilcox High School in Santa Clara. It will feature the new all-weather 9 lane track straightaway, 8 lane turn and all weather runways.
Divisions F/S Boys; Varsity Girls and Boys
SCHEDULE: Coaches please read and post the attached schedule to let your athletes know when to Check-In for Running Events - NO EXCEPTIONS - All Field Event athletes must Check-In with the Event Official 30 minutes prior to start of event. In all running events a rolling time schedule will be in effect, the first gun shot will be at 9:30AM
Note: All “ENTRIES” must be submitted to www.directathletics.com ONLY!!! (SEE ATTACHED SHEET)
ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must be received by Direct Athletics before Midnight, Saturday, March 21, 2009…No updates after the entry deadline….. Coaches can check posted entries and entry fees on the following website on Tuesday, March 24th www.lynbrooksports.com your entries will not be verified by phone, only on the website.
ENTRY FEE: $5.00 per event for individuals and $15.00 per relay team.
Note: Fees must be paid prior to invitational or at entrance gate on day of meet
SCRATCHES: If you need to scratch an athlete before the entry deadline contact Direct Athletics. Scratches after entry deadline email Mike B

GENERAL INFORMATION:
• Custom Award medals to 1, 2 and 3 place finishers;
• Finish Lynx timing system on the finish line, all weather track and runways
• Lane assignments will be seeded by best times and marks - Slow to Fast Heats – all races run as finals. Final placement will be determined by time.

• Concession stand will be open.
