Kennedy Reports
- January 23, 2009 - The Top US Contenders - The US has won the last 4 World Youth Championships, beginning in 2001, and with the change in the selection procedure, there is every reason to believe the 2009 edition will be the best ever. Mike Kennedy presents some of the best bets for medals, including a ton of Californians, if they meet the standards and qualify through the Trials.
- January 23, 2009 - Leading California team candidates - Mike Kennedy compiles a list of California athletes born in 1992 or 1993 who have bettered the standards for the 2009 WYC and the USATF Trials for the WYC.
- January 23, 2009 - Qualifying standards- The Sixth World Youth Championships is set for Bressanone, Italy in July, and for the first time the US will select its team with a qualifying meet.
