2nd Annual Cougar Classic Cross Country Invitational
Saturday, September 5, 2009 Upper Lake High School, Upper Lake, California
TIME AND PLACE: 9:00 AM Upper Lake High School, Upper Lake, CA
COURSE: 2.0 mile course, flat and fast on athletic fields and school grounds, 80% dirt and grass, 20% pavement.
Good early season running.
AWARDS: Unique, Individual awards 10 deep in each race, team awards to top 2 teams in each race.
COOL FEATURE: Rock Music on the course.
RACE SCHEDULE:
9:00 Junior Varsity Girls (any number of entrants)
9:30 Junior Varsity Boys (any number of entrants)
10:00 Varsity Girls (7 runners)
10:30 Varsity Boys (7 runners)
CONCESSIONS: Concession stand will be open before during and after event.
ENTRY INFORMATION: Send email confirming entry, anytime. $100.00 per team or $8.00 per runner, make checks to Upper Lake High School – Cross Country, bring on race day.
