ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be received by Monday, April 19, 1999

EVENT LIMIT: Two entries per school, who have met meet standards in each individual event; one entry in each relay event.

ENTRY FEES: $80.00 per team (boys and girls considered separately) and $25.00 per individual. No entries will be accepted without an entry fee enclosed. Check must be made payable to T. C. Williams Track Booster. There will be no refunds.

ENTRY FORMS: There will be no additions allowed after the entry deadline. If you scratch a runner on the day of the meet, that athlete cannot compete in any running event, including relays, for the entire meet.

CONFIRMATION: PLEASE FAX ALL SCRATCHES (703 824-6862) before 12:00 noon, Monday, April 26. There will be no coaches' scratch meeting.

STANDARDS: ENTRIES BELOW THE STANDARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Field marks below the standards will not be measured.

SCORING: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 FOR ALL EVENTS.

ADMISSION: Each session: General Admission - $4.00

TRACK: 400 Meter Synthetic Surface - flats or 1/4" spikes may be worn.

No other types of spikes may be used. T. C. Williams will have six adjustable starting blocks to be used by all teams. DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN BLOCKS. 400 Meter Dash will be run in lanes. 200 meter dash will be run on a J. Pole vault. Long, triple and high jumps will have synthetic surface runways. Shot and discus are thrown from concrete circles. Port-A-Pit will be used for pole vault and high jump.

RULES: VHSL and National Federation rules are in effect for the meet.

INDIVIDUAL In one meet a contestant may compete in any number of field events but will be limited to participation

PARTICIPATION: in only three running events, except that a contestant who competes in the 3200-meter run may compete in only one other running event.
