The Wave

The Wave is a fun thing. It says hi to those who couldn't make it:
mom, dad, fans and friends. It says I'm having fun.

Doing the wave at the Arcadia Invitational is special.....I meet, greet and joke with some of the best track and field fans in the country.
Thanks to all of you who waved, smiled and joked with me.
