  • YM 200 heats - Louisiana champion Trey Harts, a junior at Barbe, 21.20 +1.9 and Jacob Scheuerman CO 21.20 +2.1 were fastest qualifiers, followed closely by Evander Wells 21.26 +1.6.
  • YW 200 heats - Fastest qualifiers were Porsche Ries MI 23.97 -0.3 and Arizona 5A runner-up Kenyanna Wilson 24.05 +2.1, a sophomore from Peoria.
  • IB 200 heats - Jahvid Best of H-P Classic was clearly the best at 21.41 -0.7, followed by Bryshon Nellum CA 21.73 -1.5 and Antonio Sales NC, Blunt ECI champ and Youth Nationals runnerup, 21.80 -0.7.
  • IG 200 heats - World Youth silver medalist Bianca Knight, a sophomore from Ridgeland MS, was fastest at 23.70 +0.0. Other qualifiers for the final on Friday morning included Arcadia and Youth Nationals champion Sade Williams CA 23.98 +0.6 and Gabby Mayo NC 24.09 -0.8, Youth Nationals runner-up
  • YM 800 prelims - Christ Presbyterian Nashville TN soph Gregory Hudgen 1:53.84 was the fastest qualifier for the finals.
  • YW 800 prelims - Adams IN sr Caity Lauer 2:14.98 was fastest qualifier.
  • IB 800 prelims - Kelly Thibou, running for the DC Redwings, was fastest at 1:56.10.
  • IG 800 prelims - Easton PA freshman Chanell Price, Pennsylvania 3A runner-up, ran a season best 2:10.62 to lead eight qualifiers for the finals, including five more sub-2:15 DyeStat Elite girls led by Westfield Houston TX soph Nicole Jones 2:12.33.
  • IB Discus - Oklahoma 5A champ Geoffrey Tabor, a freshman from Ardmore OK, won with a throw of 178-1.
  • YM Discus - Ruston LA jr Larry Jones 181-0, Ripon WI jr Aaron Studt 178-3, Thomas More KS jr Eric Thomas 177-9.
  • IB TJ - Brandon Gibson AL 47-5 +1.1.
  • YW Discus - Mead WA sr Corissa Hutchinson 147-8, Wichita KS sr Rachel Talbert 143-6.
  • IG TJ - Nashville TN soph Gabby Gioia 39-5.75 +1.5 edged Stockdale CA soph Taylor Nichols 39-4.5 +1.6.
