NTN will select two teams from each region, plus four at large teams to compete in the cross country team championships. The Harrier magazine has published regional rankings for years for the four Foot Locker regions. We reviewed data for 2003 and selected the top 10 teams in each of the eight new NTN regions. The box below shows my 16 regional team selections for 2003 if NTN had been in place then. To see the top 10 teams in each NTN region for 2003, pick a region on the next line.
