Victoria Webster 9:33.97 Victoria Webster, 18, came from St. Alban's Endland with two other runners to see what the Penn Relays are all about. It was a good decision in her case, as she turned the 3000 meters into a rout and claimed a coveted Penn Relays watch. Webster beat three top US runners convincingly: defending champion Liz Maloy of New York, Angie Saterstad of Pennsylvania, and Lindsay Van Alstine of New Jersey. A senior in secondary school in England, Webster said she was planning to train for a year to assess her running career and then decide whether to go to college. US colleges are an option at that point.
