Okechi Ogbuokiri holds off Natasha Hastings

Willingboro had the lead for two legs, lost it on Bishop Loughlin freshman Janean Morris's 57.6 third leg, and regained on Okechi Ogbuokiri's anchor. Halfway through the anchor leg, the crowd sensed something happening as 600 meter winner Natasha Hastings closed in on Ogbuokiri. But Ogbuokiri, the AAU Junior Olympics national 400 meter champion last summer, could not be caught, and Willingboro prevailed over A. P. Randolph, 3:57.95 to 4:00.00.
