Crystal Springs CA

The toughest course in California has to be Crystal Springs.

A 110 foot drop in a quarter mile immediately after the start, then back up as
you pass the mile mark and over the same hill. Then a series of rolling
and curving hills.

Then ..... with about a half mile to go, you can see all the
runners ahead of you as you head for the turnaround.

Physical and mental torture.
