The 6-3 Alex Dunn and the Barstow boys were decisive winners.

Dunn and Rojas duelled up and down hills, Rojas taking the lead on the uphill and Dunn regaining it on downhills. Dunn led at the mile mark and took the lead for good on the back of Poop Out Hill. Dunn's goal now is to win state and to get San Lorenzo Valley's team to state. "Our team has improved so much," Dunn said. "I would really like for us all to go to state."
