Saratoga NY came in as the overwhelming favorite and lived up to the billing in the Big Apple. Number One in the nation for 2 years, the blue-clad Saratoga girls flooded the front from start to finish. In first as usual was freshman Nicole Blood, whose 14:25.4 clocking tied for 10th on the all-time Manhattan list. Blood was 22 seconds ahead of Holy Names NY sr Liz Maloy, who in turn was 30 seconds ahead of Lindsey Ferguson of Saratoga. Then came Catherine Rossi ande Kristen Hornbach of Saratoga. Ali Rowe in 11th rounded out the Saratoga scoring at 24 points, a margin of 89 points over runnerup Argyle NY, itself ranked 3rd in the Northeast by The Harrier. the start the finish
