Eldorado boys goes 1-2 with Matt Tebo and Kevin McNally (15:40 and 16:05), but it wasn't enough to stop Gallup from winning over Highland (65 to 70 points) in the 5A Division. Ryan McNiff and Simon Gilna (Los Alamos) also go 1-2 in the 4A division (16:05 & 16:10), but they also have a hard time holding off ABQ Academy; which wins 42 to 44 points.

In the girls races, Vanessa Ortiz (Cibola High School) runs 18:29 (fastest time of the day) to win the 5A crown. Gallup wins over Eldorado 52 to 67 points. Alexandra Blum (Los Alamos High School) runs 19:31 to win the 4A individual title, but ABQ Academy girls go 2-3-4-5 to take home the title with 20 points over Los Alamos' 63 points. Irena Ossola (St. Michael's High School) and her teammate Tess Amer run the exact time (18:42) placing 1-2 in the 3A division.
