Track events begin at 10:30 a.m. est
Entry Fees: $7.00 per event/ $28.00 per Relay Team

Eligibility: Male & female athletes in the Youth Athletics divisions. (USATF 2006 membership required).

Age Divisions based on 2006: Sub-Bantam – Born 1998 or later; Bantam – 1996, 1997; Midget – 1994, 1995; Youth – 1992, 1993; Intermediate – 1991, 1990; Young 1989, 1988
Only sub-bantam athletes can move up to compete, but they must register up, and move up for the entire meet. Proof of age will be required only on challenges.

Event Limits – 3 for Midget and under, 4 for Youth and older.

Facility rules: Athletes may only wear 1/8th inch pyramid spikes or 1/4 with a recessed sole. No pins or needle spikes. Also we would like athletes and coach's only down on the track. All spectators must stay in the balcony area.
Concessions and t-shirts will be available for purchase. No locker room access.

Registration: On-line entry Deadline is 11:59 p.m., January 15, 2006. Entry Fees are non-refundable, and non-transferable after the entry deadline. The entry deadline will be strictly adhered to for this meet. Fees and signed forms must be post marked by January 16, 2006.

Mail in entries and fees must be received by Indy's Racing Cheetahs, at 1212 West 91st Street, Indianapolis, IN 46260. Make money orders or cashier checks to Indy’s Racing Cheetahs. Please no personal or club checks. Mail in entry deadline is January 12, 2006.

Competition Schedule: Track events will be contested by age group beginning with youngest to oldest. Females will compete first in each group.

Awards: Medals will be given to top 3 of each event in each age divisions.
Admission is $3.00 for adults, and $1.00 for students not competing.

Packet Pick-up is 9:00 a.m.
EVENTS: All events are on a rolling schedule after the initial start time.

DIRECTIONS TO INDOOR TENNIS AND TRACK CENTER
From East/West
Interstate 70: From Exit 41 (U.S. 231) proceed north for approximately seven miles. Turn left on Hanna Street (at the Pizza King restaurant) and continue on that until it dead ends into stadium (approximately seven blocks).

From North
U.S. 231: Proceed south on 231 until it turns at the courthouse square. Where it turns, proceed straight for five blocks. Turn right on Hanna Street and the stadium will be on your right.

From East
Route 240: Follow 240 west to the intersection with U.S. 231. Turn left on 231 for four blocks and then turn right on Hanna Street and continue for seven blocks, the stadium will be on your right.

In consideration of this entry being accepted, I/we shall be legally bound and do release for myself, heirs, executors and administrators any claim for loss, injury or damage which might occur during participation in or traveling to and from the USATF Assoc. Indoor Championships and do hereby release USA Track & Field, Indiana USA Track & Field, DePauw University, the Indy’s Racing Cheetahs Track Club, meet officials & volunteers and others assigned from any claims. I/we grant permission to the meet directors, coaches and chaperones to set upon this athlete as a guardian/spokesman in granting permission for the use of emergency medical treatment including anesthesia if necessary. I understand that should a health emergency arise, an attempt will be made to notify parents/guardians, but that authorization is hereby granted. A copy of proof of age will be made available if needed. I/we further grant the meet with permission to use any photos or videos for any legitimate purpose.
