The last two local meets in NJ were last weekend and last night at the NY
Armory. Last Friday was only a local league meet (BCSL American), but Julia
Emanuel (Tenafly NJ sr) ran a 2:59.9 1000m, which is NJ #12 all-time, so
please add it to the Dyestat Elite next time. Also Greg Horn (River Dell)
ran 1:24.3 600m, but he improved on that mark last night (see below). Link

Last night the Bergen County (NJ) championships were held at the Armory and
there were some nice performances, most notably Ken Sinkovitz's 1:20.0 600m
(splits 26.3 and 53.1) which is a New Jersey state record, US #2 this year
and I believe #6 all time.
