Luke Bryant (Clearwater, KS) and Geoffrey Tabor (Ardmore, OK) staged a less than spectacular duel in
the discus. Both athletes fell well short of their season's best as they struggled to keep the disc in the
sector during their final throws. Bryant felt that the discus ring was “real slick” and had an adverse
affect on his quick rotation. The two will renew their rivalry at the Golden West next week.
