            1:30 pm- Open Girls

            2:10 pm- Open Boys

            3:00 pm- Championship Girls

            3:45 pm- Championship Boys

            4:15 pm- Awards (All Divisions)

Entry Fee: $125.00 per team-- $20.00 per individual 

Entry Deadline: October 29th is considered on time entry.  All entries received from October 29th -  November 4th  will be considered late and will  be assessed a late fee. Registration will be closed after the November 4th deadline.

Race Packets: Race packets can be picked up at meet headquarters, Clubhouse Suites.   Packets can be picked up from 12-5pm on Friday, November 9th and on meet day at the race site.  Each packet will include chips, race numbers, pins, box assignments, and a race schedule.

Course Run-Throughs: The course will be open for run throughs from 12-4pm on Friday, November 9th

Pre-Event Dinner: $15.00 per ticket and is open to all athletes, families, coaches, etc. The dinner will be held at Augustana College from 6-7:30pm. Register at www.active.com  Nike elite athletes Matt Tegenkamp and Chris Solinski will be the feature speakers at the dinner.  Tickets will be in team packets and can be picked up at packet pick up or at the event. 

Results: We will use chip timing for all races.  Results will be posted for the public following all races next to the athlete’s area.  Coaches will receive copies of results following awards at the results tent.

Chip Return: All chips will be removed before athletes will be allowed to exit the finish area.

Awards:  Awards will be given to the top 20 individuals in each race.  The top 4 teams in each race will be recognized at the awards ceremony.

·         Please note, the top four (4) teams in the championship races will need to report to the qualifiers tent following the awards ceremony to register with Nike for the national meet in Portland. Please be prepared with name of coach/chaperone, nike running shoe size, spike size, singlet/short size and warm up size.  

Medical Information: Sanford Health will have trainers and doctors present at the event.  Medical staff would ask that you bring medical information for your athletes if they have allergies, medical conditions, etc. along with parental release to treat.

Rest Rooms: Park bathrooms will be closed for the season but there will be ample port-a-jons on site.

Dressing Facilities: There are no shower/changing facilities at Yankton Trails Park.  Please contact meet management if you would like to arrange facilities.

Hotel Information:  Clubhouse Suites will serve as meet headquarters.  For reservations call (605) 361-8700. Nike has blocked a number of rooms for the event at a special price.  Please mention Nike Team Nationals when making hotel reservations.

Parking:  1100 free parking spaces on site.  No reserved parking for event.  Parking is free.

Concessions:  Hot Stuff Foods will be selling breakfast and lunch pizzas along with sub sandwiches.  In addition, they will be selling soda and water.  Coffee and hot cocoa will also be sold on site.

·         Gatorade/water will be available to all athletes in the athlete’s camp area and at the finish line.
