The Americans claimed the most GOLDS (11) and medals overall (17), while also showing the most depth with most points on an 8-place scoring system - IAAF Medal Table - IAAF placing table.

Day 6 - Nunley 2nd 110H, Hasay 4th 1500; relay sweep completed - Booker Nunley NC 2nd in 110H 13.45 (+1.1); Jordan Hasay 4th in 1500 kicker's race in 4:19.02. Team USA sweeps 4x400s with preps Lanie Whittaker FL and Erica Alexander TX running 52s. Anna Jelmini and Erin Pendleton 7th/11th in discus final.

Day 5 - Henning, McCullough 1-2 in HT; Rodgers, both 4x1s win Gold - Walter Henning and Conor McCullough became first-ever US hammer medalists, setting AJ and HS records in winning Gold and Silver. Collegian Teona Rodgers won 100H and both 4x1s took Gold, with Marquise Goodwin taking his 2nd Gold of the meet. Preps Laurynne Chetelat (6th in 3k) and Ryann Krais (9th Hept) added to strong showing.

Day 4 - Laurent, Krais fight for medals; Golds for 400H collegians - Rachel Laurent 4th in PV, Ryann Krais 6th in Hept after Day 1. Jeshua Anderson and Takecia Jameson sweep 400H titles for Team USA. Preps Jordan Hasay, Booker Nunley, Anna Jelmini, and Erin Pendleton advance in prelims.

Day 3 - Gold for collegian Marcus Boyd - Team USA collegians claimed 3 medals in 400s. Preps Lanie Whittaker FL, Shanay Briscoe TX placed in finals. Preps Conor McCullough CA (HT, 2nd overall), Christian Taylor GA (men's TJ) advanced to finals.

Day 2 - Golds for prep Marquise Goodwin, collegian Jeneba Tarmoh - Marquise Goodwin TX scored the first US gold at the World Juniors with a 25-4.75 leap in the men's LJ. Prep Lanie Whittaker FL qualified for the finals in the women's 400, and collegian Jeneba Tarmoh grabbed 100 gold. Earlier, prep vaulters Rachel Laurent LA and Leslie Brost SD each made the women's PV Final

Day 1 - Prep jumpers make finals - Christian Taylor GA and Marquise Goodwin TX easily advanced in LJ qualifying, as did prep Shanay Briscoe TX in HJ. All but one Team USA 100 and 400 runner made it through the early rounds, including prep Lanie Whittaker FL in w400. Elijah Greer OR (800) also moved to semis.
