Record breakers Torrin Lawrence FL, Charlene Lipsey NY are named athletes of the meet. Both break 23-year-old meet records, Lawrence in the 200 at 20.77 -0.4 and Lipsey in the 800 at 2:08.25.

at Arnold Palmer Hospital - GSC is one of the only high school track meets that operates as a charity. This year's meet benefitted the new pediatric sports medicine program at Arnold Palmer Hospital, which has a Disney touch.

More than 400 athletes from around the US, Canada, Bahamas and the Caribbean will be on hand. In the first 31 years, the meet has showcased many future US stars , including such names as Michelle Finn Burrell, Gwen Torrance, Carlette Guidrey, Anita Howard, Laverne Eve, Monique Henderson, Terrance Harrington, Derek Adkins, Terrance Trammell, Angelo Taylor, Joe Dial, Hollis Conway, James Beckford, Arthur Blake, Walter McCoy, Seilala Sua, Chandra Cheesebrough, Antonio Pettigrew, Antonio McKay, Derrick Brew, Jeremy Warriner, Schowonda Williams and Jearl Miles. This year's meet will benefit the Pediatric Sports Medicine Program at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.


South Carolina freshman Jasmine Stowers (187) upset Teona Rodgers in the 100H in 13.72w (right) to earn female MVP honors.

Westbound (I-4)
Take the John Young Parkway Exit (Exit 79). The ramp will take you to a stoplight, turn left (north) at the light. Turn left at the next stop light (The First Baptist Drive). Track entrance will be immediately on your right.

Eastbound (I-4)
Take the John Young Parkway Exit (Exit 79). Turn left on John Young Parkway. Turn left at the second stop light (The First Academy Drive). Track entrance will be immediately on your right.

From the Host Hotel (La Quinta)
Turn left on International Drive out of the hotel. Turn left at Sand Lake Road. Almost immediately, merge right onto I-4 eastbound. Follow eastbound directions above.
